To unlock bold consumer-facing solutions, Singtel sought to engage internal teams in a structured innovation challenge culminating in leadership buy-in and funding decisions.

📐 Program Design: Built the challenge format and timelines with clear decision points.
🛠️ Facilitation: Conducted interactive workshops for ideation and prototyping.
🧠 Coaching: Supported over 12 teams with weekly touchpoints and challenge navigation.
🧭 Mentor Matching: Curated and coordinated senior mentors to guide each team.
📐 Program Design: Built the challenge journey including onboarding, learning sprints, milestones, and pitch criteria.
🛠️ Facilitation: Conducted live sessions to guide ideation, customer research, business model development, and pitch readiness.
🧠 Coaching: Provided 1:1 and team coaching to refine solution feasibility, desirability, and viability.

Outcome
The challenge concluded with a pitch day to senior executives, with select teams receiving funding to move forward. Participants reported increased confidence in cross-functional collaboration and innovation thinking.
